Blanche
In addition to barley malt, the cereals used include millet and buckwheat: a choice aimed at being gluten-free, a characteristic difficult to achieve with the more protein-rich wheat. A unique Blanche, therefore, that does not give up on multicereal! It has a pale golden appearance, while the aromas and flavors are typical of the style, with a fresh spiciness in the foreground.
