La Rulles Blonde is a beer that tells the Belgian tradition with a more modern language, without departing from the stylistic canons of Belgian Blond Ale with intense hopping or other oddities. In the glass, it shines like gold and has a soft, creamy foam head. The aroma reveals the use of white sugar with a hint of molasses, quickly refreshed by herbal notes and citrus peels. The sip contains a universe of flavors, where the same notes meet the honeyed malt and more intense fruity and spicy notes, ending again with a herbal and bitter finish.
