Brekologik is a unique collaboration between Brekeriet and the cider house Pomologik: a blend of spontaneously fermented beer aged 1, 2, and 3 years in barrels and a spontaneously fermented apple juice from Magnus Nilsson’s Axeltorp orchard. The result is a drink with great acidity, partially balanced by the sweetness of the apples. A truly special bottle.
