Chimay Verte was born in 2012 on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the Scourmont Abbey brewery: an intense pale beer, both fresh and fruity, warm and spicy. Its aromas of cardamom, mint, bergamot, and eucalyptus immediately transport the mind to a special dimension, inviting a gastronomic pairing.
