Crimson Snow is the winter spiced cider from Eranomele, created in collaboration with Pommelier Tommaso Amadori, aka “Il Volpe.” It evokes the calm of the woods and the warm tones of snowy sunsets: the enveloping aromas of honey, cinnamon, cloves, and orange peel, combined with the balsamic notes of eucalyptus, blend with the fermented juice of Crimson Snow apples, capturing in every sip the bittersweet sweetness of winter landscapes.
