Ecovalium is a Blanche that is part of the ORGANIC line from La Casa di Cura. It is a somewhat atypical Witbier, made with oat flakes in addition to barley malt and unmalted wheat, and hopped with modern varieties (Chinook, Calypso), as well as the classic spices, coriander and orange peel. All the raw materials used in this beer come from organic farming.
