Blond

"Beer is meant to be drunk" is the motto of Extraomnes, and Blond perfectly embodies it. It might be one of the very few in the Marnate brewery's range that actually has us used to beers so expressive in aroma that you want to spend hours enjoying their scents. However, this style is meant for easy drinking, and this example does exactly what it should: an elegant malt base of white bread and wildflower honey, herbal and floral hops, and yeast taking the lead with its balsamic spiciness. A precise beer that is meant to be drunk... And it should be!
