Druiven Rood — Italian Grape Ale with Nebbiolo di Barolo — Extraomnes × De Lab Fermentazioni

Druiven Rood is the IGA sister of Druiven: this version also comes from the collaboration between Extraomnes and the beer firm De Lab Fermentazioni, but it is produced with Nebbiolo di Barolo must from the Marengo Mauro winery. With a golden color and amber reflections, the addition of must gives notes of rose, violet, wild strawberry, and subtle hints of watermelon. Complex and aromatic.
