Full English is the Dark Mild from Zona Mosto: a dark British Ale that stays true to English tradition while bringing it to Milan with the craft character of the brewery in Rho. Deep dark brown tending toward ebony, with a fine, persistent beige head. Despite its low alcohol content, it has excellent body and remarkable smoothness. The roasted malts are used with restraint — enough to provide an elegant roasted note that is never overpowering. The dark malts, together with the Crystal malts, create a rich, enveloping profile: hazelnut, nuts, caramel, raisin, with a touch of chocolate and liquorice. The bitterness is delicate. An English ale with exceptional drinkability.
