Out of the Flock 3 is the peach Blanche from Filodilana: very fragrant and unique. At the end of the boiling, Piedmont wildflower honey and the classic spices of the style — bitter orange peel and coriander — are added, while the peaches are added during fermentation.

The result is a pale beer with a pronounced acidity and freshness, well carbonated, with an aroma dominated by fruit and spicy notes. A Blanche that steps out of the flock and doesn’t look back.
