Gose Buskers
Gose Buskers — Gose IGA with Pecorino — La Casa di Cura x Busker’s Beer
Gose Buskers was born from the collaboration between La Casa di Cura and Buskers Beer: a unique Gose in the world, not the most typical interpretation of the style, but a completely Italianized version. It is a hybrid between a Leipzig Gose and an IGA: at the end of the boil, along with the salt — a typical ingredient of Goses — must from Pecorino macerated for six days is added. The result is a beer with great aromatic complexity, yet fresh, thirst-quenching, and very pleasant to drink.
