Framboos — Raspberry Lambic — Het Boerenerf, Belgium
Framboos is the raspberry beer from Het Boerenerf, a small Belgian farm that produces lambic with the same care and patience used in farming the land. A blend of young and old lambics to which raspberries from the farm De Daalkouter are added — fresh fruit, traceable origin, macerated for three months. Fermented, aged, and bottled entirely on site: a very short supply chain, authentic craftsmanship.
