Isaac
Isaac Baladin — The Most Loved Italian Blanche, Slow Food Snail 2025
Isaac is one of the most loved beers from Baladin: a light yet complex Blanche, which has entered the homes of Italians and others thanks to its unmistakable balance. 5% vol., 8 IBU, in a 75cl bottle. Recognized with the Slow Food Snail 2025 — the highest recognition for an Italian craft beer.
The name is that of Teo Musso's son — who, as a child, the brewer recounts, was caught sipping it from an accidentally opened tank. A true story, just as true as every sip of this beer.
