Designed as the foundation of our range, this smooth beer captivates you with vibrant notes of tropical fruit and citrus — passion fruit, peach, and grapefruit — while its light malt profile makes it incredibly easy to drink.

The secret of the recipe

• Balanced water with a chloride/sulfate ratio of 2:1 to enhance softness
• Minimalist grist: Pale Ale Golden Promise and dextrose for a clean body
• Hops in the spotlight: Galaxy and Vic Secret from Tasmania, for intense and fragrant aromas
• High fermentation yeast with a neutral profile, allowing every hop nuance to shine
• Generous dry hopping and slightly boosted carbonation for maximum freshness
