Young & Wild Fontan-Elle

Young&Wild Fontan-Elle is a blend of homemade 1 and 2-year-old Lambics aged in oak barrels, selected based on their specific aroma and bottled without the addition of older Lambics. Rustic and wild nose with citrus hints of lemon, wood, apple cider vinegar, leather, cellar, courtyard, and playing cards. Dry, thirst-quenching, and refreshing, it finishes with a persistent sour note of lemons and tart apples.
