🍍 Grulla — White IPA | 5.5% ABV | IBU 45 | Birra Gaia, Carate Brianza (MB)
Soft and tropical: a White IPA that blends the velvety texture of wheat — nearly a third of the total grains — with the intense hopping of three aroma hops. Mango, pineapple, passion fruit, lychee, with citrusy and resinous hints. Hazy straw yellow, naturally cloudy. Serve at 6–8°C. Pairings: citrus-marinated fish, shellfish, fried seafood, white meats, summer salads, citrus shortcrust tarts.

🌿 Zuvan — Blanche | 4.2% ABV | IBU 15 | Podere La Berta, Castelnuovo Berardenga (SI)
A Blanche with earthy and rare spice notes: brewed with Senatore Cappelli wheat — an ancient, rustic variety — and flavored with Timut pepper, a Himalayan spice reminiscent of ginger and grapefruit. Fresh, light, spicy, with a unique rustic and agricultural character. Serve at 6–8°C in a tulip glass. Pairings: medium to aged cheeses, four-cheese risotto, grilled red meats, hamburgers, pepperoni pizza, chocolate desserts. ⭐ 5/5 stars.

🍊 Pop — APA | 6.0% ABV | IBU 32 | Birrificio Baladin, Piozzo (CN) — Slow Food Snail 2025
Baladin’s craft beer with 99% Italian ingredients: golden, mandarin and bergamot citrus notes, floral hints, and a clean, drinkable bitter finish. Light and refreshing, never ordinary — the everyday beer of absolute quality. Serve at 8–10°C. Pairings: aperitifs with prosciutto crudo, seafood salads, baked blue fish, medium-aged cheeses, savory tarts with bitter herbs.

🌴 DNA — Pacific Ale Gluten Free | 4.0% ABV | Orso Verde, Varese (VA)
A gluten-free Pacific Ale hopped with Australian Galaxy: an explosion of pineapple, mango, and passion fruit from the first to the last drop. Golden, fresh, juicy, with a soft bitterness and a persistent tropical finish. The question arises: beer or alcoholic fruit juice? Serve at 8–10°C. Pairings: fish poke, meat couscous, white meat stew with fruit, exotic fruit desserts.
