Metodo Classico Cuvée 60 Months Baladin is the Champagne-Style Beer signed by Baladin: a rare, numbered beer, with years of bottle refermentation behind it — 10% vol., 75cl, each unique and numbered bottle.

Deep yellow color, almost coppery, with a light and persistent creamy foam. On the nose, a majestic bouquet: alcoholic, warm, enveloping, with resinous, vegetal notes and hints of anise. On the palate, it is full and satisfying — cereal, naturally sparkling and bright, finishing with a fresh almond note and a delicately woody aftertaste.

Made with barley malt from Baladin fields, wheat malt, buckwheat, and a blend of spices in varying proportions. To be served in a tulip glass between 9 and 11°C, it pairs wonderfully with duck breast, foie gras, aged cheeses, and Baladin panettone.
