Baladin Wild Method
Metodo Wild Baladin is a limited edition of Metodo Classico created to celebrate the brewery’s 30th anniversary. It is a 75 cl beer with an elegant, experimental character, aged for an extended period in the bottle and enhanced by a passage in oak barrels.
A special fermentation process
Metodo Wild is aged for at least 18 months in the bottle before reaching the market. After the first fermentation, it is transferred into an oak barrel, like the classic version, but with an additional step: the Brettanomyces Bruxellensis yeast is inoculated and left to work for one month before bottling.
Tasting profile
Appearance
It pours a deep golden color, with a persistent light cream-colored head and bright carbonation.
Nose
Fresh and complex, with woody nuances, notes associated with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, and hints of propolis.
Palate
The drink is full-bodied and rich in fresh notes. Light hints of smoked cereal emerge alongside balanced hop bitterness, leading to a clean, satisfying mineral finish.
