Moscatell dels Bardissots
Moscatell dels Bardissots. Those who know us by now know that at Maltese we are big fans of this producer from Barcelona, who never ceases to amaze with his Sour beers. This time, Cyclic Beer Farm strikes with a cross between beer and wine that we can’t call IGA, but definitely deserves to be tasted. It is a beer born as a Farmhouse in full Cyclic style, which then undergoes a process on the skins of Moscatell grapes from the winery of one of the most famous natural winemakers in Catalonia: Oriol Artigas. In the glass, the key descriptor becomes “winey,” from the color, to the aromas, to the saltiness and acidity: but the alcohol content, which stops at 6%, means one bottle is never enough.
