Nöel Cacao e Mandarin is the seasonal Christmas Beer from Baladin, the independent agricultural brewery in Piozzo, Piedmont. A dark, top-fermented beer with a monk’s-robe brown color and a dense cream-colored head. On the nose, enveloping aromas of chocolate and mandarin harmonize with notes of roasted malt and dried fruit. On the palate, it warms with elegance: pleasant notes of chocolate, mandarin peel and roasted grain, balanced by the bitterness of the hops, which leaves a long, satisfying aftertaste somewhere between sweet and bitter. 75cl bottle.
