One For the Road is the Session IPA by Zona Mosto (Rho, Milan): light, hoppy, perfect for any occasion. 4.5% vol., in a 33cl can — best served in a pint glass between 6 and 8°C.

Brewed with only Extra Pale malt and fermented with Vermont yeast, giving it medium dryness and a fruity character. Straw yellow color; on the nose, floral aromas of mimosa and citrus notes of grapefruit. On the palate, the Citra and Cascade hops burst with tropical fruit, flowers, and citrus — bitterness is never excessive, with a slim body and excellent drinkability.

Ideal in spring and summer, pairs well with fried fish, mixed cold cuts, Milanese-style cutlet, and citrus chicken stew.
