Pan de Toni — The Quadrupel from Birrificio WAR x Pavé Milano

From the collaboration and friendship between Pavé Pastry Shop in Milan and the WAR Brewery in Cassina de' Pecchi comes a beer that tastes like Christmas, hugs, and things done well.

Pan de Toni is inspired by the great Belgian Quadrupels: bold, high-alcohol, contemplative beers with warm aromas of spices, caramel, and chestnut honey. WAR added their touch by including the ingredients of the classic Milanese panettone: vanilla, raisins, candied orange, and citron. The result is something unique — a beer that tastes like celebration, sharing, and that moment when you’re not sure if you’re drinking or tasting a dessert.

As they say in Cassina de' Pecchi: "to pair with a panettone, to pair with a hug, to pair with a greeting, like 'if we don’t see each other again, then best wishes'."
