Pera Ebbasta is the perry signed by Eranomele: the fruity and floral counterpart to Mela Ebbasta, the house's base cider. In a 33cl can — best served well chilled between 6 and 8°C.

The stars are juicy pears from the Piedmont countryside, brought all the way to the Milan hinterland to be transformed into cider through what Eranomele calls “mystical rituals.” The result is a perry that smells of flowers and wet grass, with a natural freshness and a carefree drinkability that wins you over from the first sip.
