Pescharina is the Lambic with peaches and nectarines crafted by Het Boerenerf, a craft producer from Pajottenland (Belgium). A blend of 1 and 2-year-old Lambic with maceration of 5 different varieties of peaches and nectarines — 2 white peaches, 2 yellow peaches, and 1 nectarine — handpicked from orchards in Italy. Each variety is blended separately with the Lambic and then macerated for months before being assembled, fermented, aged, and bottled in-house. A quality project that unites Belgian Pajottenland and Italian orchards.
