Plume — Session IPA — Birrificio Pratorosso

Plume is the Session IPA from Birrificio Pratorosso: light, fresh, and aromatic, perfect for enjoying in a session. The body is just slim enough, but the personality is what a summer-hopped beer should have: big fruity aromas leaning towards tropical notes and a nicely bitter finish.

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Pineapple, mango, tropical fruit, aromatic hops
  • Palate: Smooth, slim body, clean and decisive bitter finish
  • Style: Session IPA — low alcohol, highly drinkable
  • Brewery: Pratorosso — Italy

Recommended Pairings

Aperitifs, salads, light fish, white pizza. Perfect for long summer sessions without feeling heavy.
