The Neerhof: the family organic farm
The Neerhof is the Eylenbosch family’s organic farm in Pajottenland: a place where three varieties of rhubarb are grown, animals are raised, and Lambic is produced with the same care and respect for the land. Brother Joppe manages the land and livestock, while the brewery transforms the garden’s fruits into beer. An integrated agricultural and brewing project, rare and authentic.
