Regata is the Double IPA from Podere La Berta: "a beer for sea wolves and pub sharks," as described by brewer Marco Mignola. One of the few examples of the style that in 2024 forgoes Citra, relying on Amarillo, Simcoe, and Mosaic for a nose with strong tropical notes. The finish is of a powerful bitterness with a good resinous drift. Explosive, uncompromising.
