Ritual Pils

Ritual Pils is the Pilsner crafted by Ritual Lab (Formello, Rome, Lazio): a bottom-fermented beer of golden yellow color, awarded and recognized among the best in Italy. 4.9% vol., in a 33cl can — to be served in a pilsner glass or mug between 4 and 6°C. 2nd Place Beer of the Year 2025 and Slow Food Snail Brewery 2025.

Noble German hops release a fine and intense aroma — baked, honeyed, floral, herbal. The bitterness is pronounced but characterized by a pleasant roundness and a certain persistence even after drinking. A light cold dry hopping gives additional floral and herbal aromas. Abundant foam with very fine bubbles.

It pairs well with seafood salads, first courses with mussels and clams, mixed fried fish, and fresh cheeses.
