Helles Abruzzese with Rosciola Wheat — Opperbacco
Rusthell is the first Helles-style lager from Opperbacco: a classic Munich Helles designed to accompany rustelle (Abruzzese arrosticini). Hence the name: Rust+Hell=RustHell. The Abruzzese soul is enhanced by the use of Rosciola or Shepherd's Wheat, a grain from Castel del Monte. With a golden color, the nose and palate are dominated by notes of malt and cereal. A smooth, dry finish with a delicate bitterness.
