History and style
The Gose style is associated with the city of Leipzig but has medieval origins in the town of Goslar, on the Gose river. Already documented in 1740, Leipzig had 80 Gose producers in 1900. A centuries-old tradition that Shire Brewing reinterprets with excellent Italian raw materials.
Tasting notes
Light and bright, with a citrusy, spicy, and slightly salty nose. On the palate, it is lively and refreshing: the lactic acidity is soft and well balanced, the savoriness of Cervia Salt adds depth without weighing it down. The finish is dry and clean, inviting an immediate next sip.
