Selassié Coffee Porter is the English Coffee Porter crafted by Shire Brewing from Porciano (Frosinone, Lazio), born from the collaboration with Fazenda Caffè, a roasting company from Fiuggi. A meeting between two artisans of taste that has given life to a beer with a precise and enveloping character.

Malt, yeast, and English hops for a beer with a mahogany color and persistent beige foam. The coffee is prominently featured thanks to the dry beaning during cold maturation — a technique that enhances the aromas without weighing them down. You can taste roasted notes, well-baked tart, and a hint of licorice. Cappuccino, chocolate, fruity, slightly roasted.
