Silkie Stout

Silkie Stout is the Oatmeal Stout from Loch Lomond Brewery, a Scottish brewery on the shores of the legendary lake: a black, robust, and velvety beer that carries all the depth and warmth of the Highlands.

The oats in the recipe are the secret to its extraordinary texture: they provide a silky creaminess that envelops the palate and perfectly balances the intensity of roasted coffee and dark chocolate. Strong in character, soft at heart.
