Sold Out Pils is the Pilsner from Hop Skin: a beer whose name carries its fate — it always runs out sooner than expected. An unfiltered Pils, with bottom fermentation, fresh and light as a great craft Pilsner should be.

With a bright golden color, it gives off herbaceous, floral, and cereal notes on the nose in a clean and inviting profile that speaks to the quality of the raw materials. On the palate, it is light and smooth, with an almost dangerously drinkable quality: the finish is herbaceous and delicately bitter, dry and precise, closing each sip with elegance and immediately inviting the next.
