T.A.C.
T.A.C. is a Saison born from a modern Belgian inspiration. A good cereal base is provided by Pilsner malt and wheat flakes, on which rest the spicy aromas of the yeast and the decidedly unorthodox ones of Chinook and Sorachi Ace hops: resin, grapefruit, mango, and coconut above all. The same hops are also responsible for the bitterness that elegantly finishes the sip. The moderate alcohol content (5.5% ABV) still sets it apart somewhat from more traditional Saisons.
A Contemporary Saison
T.A.C. represents the modern evolution of the Saison style, maintaining the structure and philosophy of Belgian seasonal beers while enriching them with American hops that have a bold and tropical character. The result is a beer that balances tradition and innovation, capable of satisfying both style purists and lovers of bolder interpretations.

La Casa di Cura is an Italian craft brewery known for its ability to reinterpret classic styles with creativity and respect. Each beer is the result of careful research on raw materials and rigorous production techniques, allowing for products with great balance and drinkability.
Ingredients and Production Process
The cereal base of T.A.C. is built on Pilsner malt, which gives the characteristic golden color and a delicate sweetness, and wheat flakes, which add body, creaminess, and contribute to a persistent foam. The Saison yeast, with its characteristic high attenuation, creates the typical dry finish of the style and releases spicy notes of white pepper and clove.
The Character of the Hops
The true uniqueness of T.A.C. lies in its hop selection. Chinook, an American hop with a resinous and citrus character, brings hints of grapefruit and pine, while Sorachi Ace, a Japanese variety grown in the United States, adds exotic notes of mango, coconut, and lemon. This combination creates a complex and fascinating aromatic bouquet that departs from more traditional Saisons while maintaining their elegance and drinkability.
Sensory Profile
When poured, T.A.C. shows a hazy golden color and abundant white foam. On the nose, tropical hop notes immediately emerge, balanced by the yeast’s spiciness. On the palate, the beer is refreshing and complex, with lively carbonation that enhances freshness. The finish is dry and pleasantly bitter, inviting another sip.
Food Pairings
T.A.C. is perfect with Asian fusion dishes, ceviche, fish tartare, tropical salads, fresh goat cheeses, and spicy dishes. Its freshness and aromatic complexity also make it an excellent aperitif.
Serving Temperature
Serve T.A.C. at 6-8°C in a tulip glass to enhance the aromatic bouquet and allow the foam to fully develop.
