Scarborough Fair
Scarborough Fair is the gluten-free IPA from Wold Top Brewery, a brewery from Yorkshire, England: a beer named after the famous British folk ballad that brings the aromatic generosity of an authentic IPA into the glass, accessible even to those following a gluten-free diet.
Made with malt, three different types of hops, and corn — which contributes to the lightness and cleanliness of the profile — Scarborough Fair presents itself with a bright golden blonde color. Bold and malty, the nose and palate perceive fruity and bitter notes of the hops, well balanced by the malts in a classic and satisfying equilibrium.
Tasting notes:
- Nose: fruit, citrus, aromatic hops, floral and herbal notes
- Palate: bold, malty, balanced bitterness, fruity with a clean and dry finish
- Structure: golden blonde, gluten-free IPA, three hops, corn, drinkable and precise
Perfect cold paired with light cuisine, fish, salads, or as a quality IPA for those who do not compromise on taste.
