Zuvan
Zuvan is the Blanche of Podere La Berta: a beer that brings the agricultural and artisanal soul of a unique reality into a can, where the earth enters directly into the glass through rare and distinctive ingredients.
Light and fresh at 4.2% vol., with a slightly hazy straw yellow, Zuvan stands out for the use of Senatore Cappelli wheat — an ancient and rustic variety — which gives body and character. On the nose, spices and citrus intertwine with fruity notes and white pepper from the yeast. On the palate, the Timut pepper, a rare Himalayan spice, brings hints of ginger and grapefruit in a fresh and surprising finish.
Tasting notes:
- Nose: citrus, spices, white pepper, fruity notes, rustic vein of ancient wheat
- Palate: fresh, light, spicy, Timut pepper, ginger, grapefruit, and clean finish
- Structure: hazy straw yellow, 4.2% vol., Blanche, highly drinkable
Perfect paired with ethnic cuisine, spiced fish, fresh cheeses, or as a characterful summer aperitif. Zuvan: the Blanche that tastes of earth and rare spices.
