Brasserie Dupont

Brasserie Dupont — The Mother of All Saison

Brasserie Dupont is one of those legendary names in the world of Belgian craft beers. It has nothing to do with Trappist monks or the spontaneous fermentations of the Pajottenland — yet its name is synonymous with absolute excellence. The brewery is especially famous for its Saison: the mother of 99.9% of the style’s examples worldwide.

What Makes Dupont Unique

• Fourth generation of the Rosier family — every morning in the brewhouse, with the same dedication as the founder who inherited the brewery from his uncle Louis Dupont
• High-temperature fermentation — the soaring temperatures reached during fermentation are the secret to the unique character of Saison Dupont
• Yeast as a trademark — carefully preserved and maintained as the brewery’s heritage, impossible to reproduce elsewhere
• Open-flame brewing — traditional methods unchanged, with production steadily growing
