Production Lines

• Core sour line — acidity takes center stage, achieved through kettle sour, wild yeasts, and additions of fruit or berries in secondary fermentation
• Lager and IPA — since 2023 also crisp and clean beers without wild yeasts, now indispensable on tap in Sweden but rarely available abroad
• Barrel Aged — beers fermented with mixed bacterial cultures in oak barrels for at least one year, featuring special artwork designed by a local artist
