Rooster’s Brewing Co

Rooster’s Brewing Co is one of the most respected independent craft breweries in the UK. Founded in 1993 in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, by Sean Franklin, it is now run by the Fozard family in a modern facility with a taproom at Hornbeam Park.

After more than thirty years, Rooster's continues to experiment with hops from around the world — Australia, New Zealand, Slovenia, North America — creating beers with a unique and recognizable aromatic profile. But they don’t stop at hops: every style is an opportunity to explore new flavors and techniques.
