Battirame is a Breakfast Coffee Stout born in Bologna, inspired by the ancient river buildings along the Navile canal – the copper workshops that once brought the city to life. A name that tells a story of history, territory, and craftsmanship.

- Brewed with selected English malts and a high percentage of unmalted oats for a soft and enveloping texture
- Enriched with specialty coffee from Orsonero Coffee: a blend of natural Brazilian and washed Ethiopian coffee, cold-infused and blended post-fermentation
- Project in collaboration with ALLEGRA, a breakfast & natural wine bistro in Bologna, a reference point for specialty coffee
Tasting Notes
Deep ebony color, creamy hazelnut-colored foam. On the nose, intense notes of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and toasted cereals emerge. On the palate, it is full, velvety, with balanced sweetness and a long, slightly bitter finish.
