Among the beers that Massimo Versaci and Fausto Marenco - the owners of Maltus Faber - like to call the "flagship beers" of their brewery, the one that has most often introduced them to newcomers and enthusiasts is precisely Blonde. Perhaps because its color doesn’t intimidate anyone, but in our opinion also because, in its simplicity, it is able to summarize the philosophy of the Genoese brewery: Belgian-style beers, produced without using spices, but by putting the yeasts in the best conditions to express themselves. A beer of great balance, versatile in pairing but without too many frills.
