Who is Birrificio Artigianale Impavida?

🍍 Pacific Cold IPA — Cold IPA | 6.5% ABV | IBU 45
Gold Medal Beer of the Year 2022. A Cold IPA hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe: explosive aromas of lychee, pineapple, mango, and citrus, soft and velvety texture thanks to oat flakes, intense dry-hopping to maximize aroma without excessive bitterness. Serve at 6–8°C in an American pint. Pairings: gourmet burgers, aged cheeses (pecorino, parmesan), gourmet pizza, fusion cuisine.

🌿 Chain Breaker — NEIPA (New England IPA) | 6.4% ABV | IBU 50
An American-style NEIPA with four hops — Mosaic, Ekuanot, Centennial, and Talus — added at different stages for a layered aromatic profile: pineapple, passion fruit, mango, citrus. Soft and drinkable body despite intense hopping. Serve at 8–10°C. Pairings: grilled meats, burgers, highly savory aged cheeses, chocolate desserts.

☁️ Free Solo — Hazy IPA | 6.0% ABV
Unfiltered, cloudy, and aromatic: a Hazy IPA with American hops releasing pineapple, mango, and citrus on a soft, low-carbonation base. Accessible and complex at the same time. Serve at 8–10°C. Pairings: gourmet burgers, aged cheeses, cream fruit tarts, chocolate desserts.

🌾 Signora Agnese — Amber Ale | 5.0% ABV
The most balanced beer in the selection: notes of bread, honey, flowers, and herbal hops in a medium-light body with gentle carbonation. Perfect for those new to craft beer or looking for a break from intense hopping. Serve at 4–6°C in a mug or tulip glass. Pairings: seafood salads, mixed fried fish, fresh or lightly aged cheeses, first courses with mussels and clams.
