Sour beer with cherries aged in barrel — 2 years of maturation
Cerasella is a sour beer with cherries made from a base beer that ferments and ages in barrel for about two years, to which cherries are added for maceration for several months. After maceration, the beer rests in the bottle for about 3 months during which refermentation occurs. Deep red color with pink foam. On the nose, the fruit is clearly distinguishable, accompanied by a complex array of olfactory sensations derived from aging in wood.
