Cuvée Saint-Gilloise is a creation dedicated by the Van Roy family to their favorite team. It is a two-year Lambic blend to which noble hops of the Hallertauer Mittelfrüh variety are added, known for their floral, herbal, and elegantly spicy aromas. The result enriches a Cantillon drink: complex, intense, sour, and wild.
