Grisette

Grisette is the smallest sister of the Saison from Cyclic Beer Farm, an essential stop for good drinking in Barcelona. The reference style originates from the south of Belgium, but as always, the Catalans of Cyclic add their own touch - especially in the yeast mix - and they do it masterfully. A refreshing and thirst-quenching beer, with hints of lemon and pineapple on the nose and a contained sourness that accompanies the entire sip. On a summer afternoon, one bottle may not be enough.
