Technique and ingredients

• Three selected hops: Idaho7, Strata, and Dolcita
• Processed with mash hopping, dip hopping, and dry hopping to extract every drop of aroma
• Grist with Pilsner malt, oats, and wheat for smoothness, body, and roundness
• Ingredients: water, BARLEY malt, WHEAT malt, OAT malt, maltodextrin, hops, yeast

Tasting notes

On the nose, it’s an explosion of passion fruit, mango, pineapple, and citrus. On the palate, it’s full and juicy, with a smoothness coming from the oats and wheat. The bitterness is restrained and elegant, with a long, fragrant finish. A modern IPA in the best sense of the word.
