It is made from a base beer that ferments and ages in barrel for about two years, to which the apricots are added for maceration for several months. After maceration, it rests in the bottle for about 3 months with refermentation. Golden color with orange hues. The fruit is clearly distinguishable on the nose, accompanied by complex olfactory sensations derived from aging in wood.
