Sweet Stout
Sweet Stout — Milk Stout — Maltus Faber
Sweet Stout is one of the first beers created by Maltus Faber, a craft brewery from Genoa (Liguria), among those that move away from Belgian inspiration. Good research and the passion of brewmaster Fausto Marenco for dark beers led to the production of a Stout in a less bitter version compared to typical Irish ones: a truly interesting and different dark beer that, despite its sweet tendency, is never cloying and is easy to drink, with only 4.7% ABV.

Sensory Profile
On the nose, it is enveloping and toasted: dark malt, cocoa, and coffee emerge gently, without the aggressive bitterness of Irish Stouts. On the palate, it is smooth and easy to drink, with a sweet tendency that never becomes cloying thanks to the balance between toasted malts and a light body. The 4.7% ABV makes it accessible and easy to enjoy at any time. The finish is clean, with a pleasant lingering note of cocoa.
