Zinnebir — Belgian Pale Ale — Brasserie de la Senne

Zinnebir is a Belgian Pale Ale with a wild character and perfect balance, crafted by Brasserie de la Senne, a craft brewery from Brussels (Belgium). With a golden color leaning slightly towards amber, it develops fruity and hoppy aromas reminiscent of dried apricot and orange marmalade. All of this rests on a lightly biscuity malt base and an elegant bitterness. Born in the basements of a social center in Brussels in April 2002, it is the founding beer of Brasserie de la Senne.

The beer that founded De la Senne

Zinnebir is not just a beer: it is the origin of everything. Born in 2002 in the basements of a Brussels social center, it is the first beer that Yvan De Baets and Bernard Leboucq brewed together — the beer that gave life to Brasserie de la Senne. Zinne in Brussels dialect means “crazy”: a perfect name for a beer born in a basement with the ambition to change the Belgian beer scene.
