Birra Kashmir — Hop Maniacs Among the Mountains of Molise

Founded in 2012 as a nomadic brewery, with a clear mission: to bring characterful beers to a scene that needed them. In 2016 the first production plant arrived, and in 2021 they moved to a much larger facility to meet demand coming from all over Italy. The brewery and taproom are now nestled among the mountains of Filignano, in the wild heart of Molise, surrounded by woods, silence, and visions.

The founders describe themselves as "hop maniacs, beer nerds, and detail enthusiasts". They produce modern beers without ever forgetting the Anglo-Saxon roots they come from, at least beer-wise. Every recipe is the result of research, technique, and instinct.
